After 30 years of military service, Arnie Cobos seamlessly transitioned into a new mission of service
and leadership. Now a Realtor, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and John Maxwell Certified
DISC Trainer, she is dedicated to helping military families navigate the home buying and selling
process in the Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg) area.
Beyond real estate, Arnie’s passion for giving back drives her. As the Fayetteville City Coordinator
for Team Rubicon, she leads disaster relief and community service projects across five counties. She
also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and serves as the Director of ATG Cares, her real estate
team’s philanthropic division. A fierce advocate for homeless female veterans and their children,
Arnie has worked with Final Salute and competed in Ms. Veteran America to bring awareness to this
growing crisis.
Arnie’s leadership extends back to her military career, where she served as a Medical Officer and
Volunteer Firefighter with the Sandy Hill Volunteer Fire Station. She also led as the President of the
Sergeant Audie Murphy Club at Fort Polk, LA, organizing service initiatives to give back to the
community. A University of Phoenix graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration, she also
has a medical background as an LPN, Combat Medic, and EMT.
Outside of work and service, Arnie and her husband run a small farm and cherish time with their
three children and seven grandchildren. She embraces life fearlessly—despite a fear of heights, she’s
an avid skydiver. To conquer her fear of water and confined spaces, she scuba dives and surfs. She
finds peace through meditation, art, and caring for her animals, with her artwork featured at Twigg
and Co. in Aberdeen.
Arnie lives by one simple rule: Face fears, embrace adventure, and always serve others.
